2008 Annual Meeting

The 2008 Annual Member meeting will be held at the Decatur City Hall, February 2nd, 2009 at 6 PM.  This meeting is open to everyone who has contributed to the support of W.A.R.M. through monetary, donated items, or donated time and services.  Items on the agenda for this meeting include the financial standing of the corporation, ratification of the By-Laws, presentation of donor awards, and Director elections.

2009 Director Nominations

Nominations for Directors will be accepted until January 15, 2009.  The qualifications for Directors is they must be a Texas resident and will become a member of the corporation.  Directors usually meet monthly to discuss the business of the corporation.
